About mem1.wiki

mem1.wiki is an opinionated knowledge base about memory and RAG systems for AI agents. We map the landscape across four entity types — tools, methods, patterns, and anti-patterns — and connect them through a shared topic graph.

What's here today

Why this exists

The PKM / memory-for-agents space is fragmented. Vendor blogs sell tools, forum threads relitigate the same debates, and academic papers describe methods in isolation. There is no single place where you can compare a method to a tool to a pattern on the same page with the same vocabulary. This site is an attempt to build that.

How to use it

Who it's for

Builders deciding what to use, researchers mapping the field, and writers who want a citable summary of an idea. Not for vendors looking for SEO placement.

Contributing

The site is open source on GitHub. Entries are Markdown files under site/src/content/ with a typed frontmatter schema. PRs welcome.

Found something wrong, missing, or surprising? Use the Send feedback link in the footer — every page has one. We read everything.

Status

Public preview. The schema and entry set will move; AI features (semantic search, comparisons) are build-time, not live. No tracking, no accounts, no ads.
